Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior Manager for SAP Finance Transformation focused on intercompany logistics and Life Sciences distribution. You will lead SAP-driven transformations, engage with senior finance stakeholders, and define journeys with roadmaps and business cases across global client programs.

You will architect end-to-end Finance solutions, explain SAP AI capabilities, and guide delivery teams through large-scale SAP deployments in a highly collaborative, innovation-led environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics (sales, procurement, intercompany movements).
• 4+ years SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences distribution clients.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model (driving workshops, design decisions, build, test, go-live).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and SAP value.
• Lead customers in defining SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value.
• Demonstrate AI use-case deployments within SAP delivery to boost efficiency.
• Advise and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices and SAP innovations.
• Lead large project teams onsite or with Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations in SAP/Finance.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices for transformation experts.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
