Job summary

Flagship Kansas is seeking a Tech Arch Integration Senior Manager to drive SAP integration projects across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will lead multi-platform interfaces, ensure alignment with business requirements, and guide client engagements through design, testing, and deployment.

The role demands strong SAP integration expertise, hands-on tooling experience, and travel 40–60% to meet client needs in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools: SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, SAP BTP.
• Proficiency designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, and HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP / REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters: IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, and web services.
• Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI standards with customized mapping requirements.
• Cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData Services, SAP API Management).
• Background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.
• Experience with SAP Technologies XI/PI/PO, Solution Manager, SAP LT, Data Services, ABAP, Security, and S4 HANA.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Integration using HCI, OData Service and SAP API Management.
• Travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities
