Job summary

Infosys Public Services, Inc is seeking an SAP Incident Manager to join our consulting team in Bridgewater, NJ. You will define problems, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations while planning configuration activities and conducting pilots.

You will also demonstrate solutions and prepare effort estimates to fit client budgets. The role requires strong incident management experience, ITIL discipline, and the ability to lead crisis calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Bridgewater, NJ. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Responsibilities

• You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.
• Plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conferences room pilots and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates.
• Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs of the global landscape.
