Job summary

Muon Space seeks an SAP Implementation Manager to lead a greenfield ERP migration to SAP. You will coordinate internal and external resources and maintain clear communication with executives and IT/finance teams, ensuring scope discipline and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires strong ERP/PMO background and ability to manage large-scale ERP transitions.
• Proven track record of coordinating internal and external resources across functions.
• Excellent communication with executives, boards, and IT/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the greenfield migration of financial tools and processes to SAP.
• Demonstrate executive presence and lead discussions with senior leadership and the board.
• Drive PMO and ERP governance to successful go-live of finance/ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively across levels with executives and IT/finance staff.
• Maintain scope discipline and unblock issues to keep project on track.
• Reduce friction by learning tools, processes, and people to fill gaps.
• Establish project governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Support deployment and integration of foundational systems (ERP, MES, PLM, SCM).
