Job summary

HP in the United States is seeking a Senior IBP techno-functional architect to lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions, including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and available-to-promise.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders and external partners to align IT strategy with business goals, delivering scalable, secure and integrated SAP IBP-based systems with AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• Extensive domain knowledge of supply chain planning; deep technical architecture expertise.
• Minimum 10+ years IT experience in techno-functional leadership with AI tools.
• Proven cross-functional IT project delivery in supply chain planning.
• Extensive experience with SAP IBP, including architecture, configuration, integration, testing, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and vision: Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning.
• Design 3–5 year roadmaps covering current and future state solutions.
• Lead the implementation of IBP-based programs end-to-end; manage scoping, planning, testing, deployment.
• Integration leadership: integrate SAP IBP with SAP S4 HANA, BW, BTP and third-party tools.
• Operational stability: maintain and enhance supply chain planning systems for performance, availability, and security.
• Mentor and lead IT professionals; foster collaboration and excellence.
• Stakeholder management with senior leadership and external partners.
• Evaluate new technologies to advance enterprise data strategy and portfolio.
• Monitor IT performance, risks, and ensure policy compliance.
