Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior SAP IPB Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and delivery of supply chain planning transformations, migrating from APO to SAP IBP and S/4HANA embedded planning. You will guide clients through migration lifecycles from landscape assessment to go-live, coordinating with cross-functional teams across demand planning, S&OP, and operations.

You will lead workshops, author key design documents, and manage data migration activities while navigating complex programs

Qualifications

4+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with hands-on IBP exposure.
3+ years of IBP implementations or APO-to-IBP migrations in at least one module.
3+ years of leading fit-to-standard workshops and authoring functional design documents.
Experience in a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4 or global SI) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); associate plus experience acceptable).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation or migration across Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Response & Supply.
Design and configure IBP planning areas, key figures, and time profiles.
Develop and maintain design documents and migration mappings; execute data migration activities.
Coordinate with PP, MM, SD, and FI/CO teams for planning integration testing.
Travel may be required (0–100%).
