Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior SAP IPB Consultant to lead migration and implementation of SAP IBP with a focus on moving clients from APO to IBP and S/4HANA embedded planning. You will guide clients through the full migration lifecycle, from assessment to cutover, ahead of mainstream maintenance deadlines.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, and Operations teams; design integrations, lead data migration, and manage workshops and design documents to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with hands-on IBP
• 3+ years IBP implementations or APO-to-IBP migrations in at least one module
• 3+ years leading fit-to-standard workshops and authoring functional design documents
• Experience working for a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP consulting)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation or migration, including: IBP for Demand, IBP for Supply, IBP for S&OP, and IBP for Response & Supply
• Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, planning operators, and time profiles
• Design SAP Integration Suite connectivity between IBP and S/4HANA for master data, demand signals, and publication
• Advise on SAP Datasphere integration for external data ingestion and analytics in planning
• Lead design of S/4HANA MRP Live and production planning capabilities
• Configure DDMRP and MRP-based detailed scheduling in S/4HANA
• Lead APO and IBP workstreams through SAP Activate lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders
• Author and maintain design documents and migration specs
• Lead data migration activities for planning master data
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning for APO decommission and IBP go-live
• Coordinate with PP, MM, SD, and FI/CO teams on planning integration
