Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Senior SAP IPB Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and delivery of supply chain planning transformations, focusing on migrating APO to IBP and S/4HANA embedded planning. You will guide clients through the full migration lifecycle, from landscape assessment to cutover, ahead of SAP’s end-of-maintenance deadline.

The role requires hands-on SAP IBP expertise, strong client leadership, and experience in a large consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with hands-on IBP modules.
• Minimum of 3 years of IBP implementations or APO-to-IBP migrations in at least one module.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading fit-to-standard workshops and authoring functional design documents
• Prior experience working for a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP consulting environment)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation or migration.
• Configure and optimize IBP planning areas, key figures, and time profiles.
• Design integration between IBP and S/4HANA for master data and demand signals.
• Lead data migration activities for planning master data and historical demand.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on planning integration design and testing.
