Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and delivery of supply chain planning transformations, focusing on migrating from APO to IBP and S/4HANA embedded planning.

You will guide clients through the full migration lifecycle—from landscape assessment to data migration and cutover—working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with hands-on IBP.
• Minimum of 3 years of IBP implementations or APO-to-IBP migrations.
• 3+ years leading fit-to-standard workshops and documenting designs.
• Experience in a large Consulting/Advisory firm environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation or migration, including Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, planning operators, and time profiles.
• Design SAP Integration Suite connectivity between IBP and S/4HANA.
• Advise on SAP Datasphere integration for analytics.
• Lead data migration activities for planning master data and perform cutover planning.
• Coordinate with functional teams on planning integration and testing.
