Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to drive complex SAP IBP/PPDS initiatives for clients across the US. You will lead workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions that align with client goals.

You’ll interact with stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver high-quality client services while thriving in a hybrid model with a strong focus on transformation and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of SAP IBP, APO and PPDS experience.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with project-based teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, industry advisory experience in finance and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP IBP, including time-series and PP/DS planning.
• Integrate IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy APO landscapes.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
