Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to drive SAP IBP/PPDS initiatives for clients across the United States. You will evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

You will lead workstreams, design and deploy SAP IBP, and ensure successful integration with S/4HANA/ECC and legacy APO environments, delivering high-impact results for clients in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with substantial SAP IBP/APO/PPDS experience
• Experience leading SAP project workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation and client-service skills
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance/tech
• Ability to research client inquiries, industry/regulatory issues, and new technologies
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions
• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP and PP/DS solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and APO
• Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives
• Lead client working sessions from planning through execution and closure
