Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IBP professional to join the Technology Consulting team and lead SAP IBP/PP/DS implementations, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. The Senior in Technology Business Analysis will evaluate business models and ensure alignment with technical delivery, while enabling end-to-end value across the client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 to 4 years SAP IBP/PP/DS experience including configuration in Demand/ Supply Planning or S&OP.
• Experience supporting end-to-end IBP/PP/DS implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and working with technical teams.
• Functional knowledge of IBP, PP/DS including planning heuristics and optimizer capabilities.
• Travel flexibility; 40–60% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP and PP/DS solutions including time-series and order-based planning.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Participate in sales through RFP responses and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Lead project streams and travel to client sites as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy APO.
• Lead build, test, and deployment of supply chain solutions across tech landscapes.
• Demonstrate hands-on capabilities in SAP IBP and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
