Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP IBP Senior in Technology Consulting to design and implement SAP-enabled planning solutions that boost business performance. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable, end-to-end SAP IBP, PP/DS, and S/4HANA integrations across diverse landscapes.

This role emphasizes hands-on configuration, workshops, and leading project streams while traveling up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on SAP IBP and/or PP/DS experience with configuration.
• Experience supporting end-to-end IBP/PP/DS implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, supply planning, inventory and S&OP processes.
• Experience translating requirements into functional designs with technical teams.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP, IBP Response & Supply and PP/DS, including heuristics and scheduling.
• Strong client communication; experience facilitating design/testing sessions.
• Ability to manage deliverables independently and drive workstreams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP Response & Supply and PP/DS solutions including time-series and order-based planning.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.
• Integrate SAP IBP/PP/DS with S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy APO environments.
• Provide design insights and lead build, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions.
• Demonstrate hands-on SAP IBP capabilities and strong demand/supply planning acumen.
• Facilitate client workshops and design discussions to drive adoption.
• Deliver high-quality client services and collaborate with change management teams.
• Develop client sector knowledge to co-create EY industry solutions.
