Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IBP professional to join our Technology Consulting team, delivering SAP‑enabled planning solutions for complex supply chain transformations. You'll evaluate business needs, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams align with objectives across IBP, PP/DS, and S/4HANA integrations.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will lead design discussions, translate requirements to specifications, and mentor teams while facilitating client workshops and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years hands-on SAP IBP/PP/DS experience including configuration.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IBP or PP/DS implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, supply, S&OP).
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and work with tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP, PP/DS solutions (time-series, order-based planning).
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IBP/PP/DS with S/4HANA, ECC, APO.
• Lead client workshops, requirements sessions, and design discussions.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs and drive delivery streams.
