Infosys Limited is seeking a skilled Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP HR–US Payroll initiatives and optimization across SAP EC Payroll and payroll-related modules.

The role demands hands-on experience with payroll runs, tax schemas, PCRs, and year-end processes, coupled with strong business analysis and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complex integration workflows connecting ERP with external apps and manage data migrations.
• Lead performance optimization and compliance initiatives, including security audits.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience of working in SAP EC Payroll
• Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in US Payroll implementations and Support.
• Expertise in supporting payroll runs, creating/modifying PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting etc.
• Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment.
• In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (SAP HR – US PAYROLL) and product (SAP-HR)

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA, VA : $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
