Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll with emphasis on US payroll regulations.
• Familiarity with retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll processes.
• Ability to read and modify PCRs and schemas.
• Understanding of time data integration with payroll and evaluation results.
• Experience with SAP HCM data uploads using LSMW or BDC.
• Knowledge of BSI TaxFactory and year-end tax forms (W-2, W-4).
• Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processes, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Contribute to SAP HCM Payroll initiatives aligned with US and Canada labor regulations.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, and Finance to deliver payroll solutions.
• Participate in testing and post-implementation support.
• Adhere to PepsiCo standards, document configurations and processes.
