Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst – Global Trade Services (GTS) to join our global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative. You will partner with business stakeholders and SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy robust GTS solutions that support core processes.

We value 8+ years in related roles, 5+ years hands-on GTS/S4HANA experience, and multiple full-cycle implementations. The role requires 30% travel and allows remote work within reasonable distance of a Pentair facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in related fields, including at least 5 years with GTS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with GTS process design/deployment involvement.
• Experience in Agile environments and with Jira, Azure, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance and SAP integration with other modules.
• Proficient in configuration and testing of GTS/SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Experience developing functional specs, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification in GTS/S/4HANA (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP solutions for GTS.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Lead and support GTS projects, aligning with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and solution design with specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional streams for end-to-end processes.
• Lead or contribute to testing activities including UAT and cutover planning.
• Create and maintain project documentation and test scripts.
• Influence GTS process strategy and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement for system performance and user experience.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for GTS.
• Mentor junior team members; share knowledge across the org.
• 30% travel is required.
