Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst for Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead and support SAP S/4HANA projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive end‑to‑end GTS solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in relevant fields, with 5+ years in GTS/SAP and multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations. Travel up to 30% is expected; remote work is allowed within driving distance to a Pentair facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years hands-on with GTS and SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with direct GTS involvement.
• Experience in Agile environments and using Jira, Azure, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance incl. sanction screening, classification, license controls, and integrations.
• Proficient in configuration and testing of GTS and SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Experience developing functional specs, test scripts, and process docs.
• SAP certification in GTS/S/4HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP GTS solutions.
• Gather and prioritize requirements; translate into functional specs and identify process improvements.
• Lead and support GTS projects and deliverables.
• Configure, test, and maintain GTS functionality.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and specs prep.
• Collaborate across workstreams for end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead testing activities and cutover planning; ensure quality deliverables.
• Create project documentation and test scripts; support knowledge sharing.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for GTS processes.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
