Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst for Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead and support SAP S/4HANA GTS implementations. You will partner with business stakeholders, design solutions, and drive end-to-end processes across global deployments.

The role includes hands-on configuration and testing, overseeing fit-gap analysis, and producing functional specs. Travel up to 30% is required, with remote work allowed within a reasonable distance of a Pentair facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years hands-on with GTS and SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with GTS involvement.
• Experience in Agile environments and with Jira/Azure Scrum/Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance, including license controls and SAP integrations.
• SAP GTS or S/4HANA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design robust SAP GTS solutions.
• Gather and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Lead and support GTS projects and deliverables.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and solution design with functional specs.
• Collaborate across workstreams for end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead or contribute to testing activities (unit, integration, UAT, cutover).
• Create and maintain project documentation (BRs, specs, test scripts).
• Influence GTS process strategy with best practices aligned to enterprise goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize system performance.
• Provide production support for GTS processes and incident resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.
