Job summary

A growing Life Sciences company seeks a Sr. SAP Group Reporting Business Analyst to optimize processes in a complex SAP S/4HANA environment. This hybrid role demands extensive SAP FICO experience and skills in Group Reporting and consolidations. Ideal candidates will lead functionality, support audits, and engage with finance teams. Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000 plus bonuses and equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including full lifecycle and support.
• Experience designing and configuring Group Reporting, Intercompany, AR & AP in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of consolidation methods and U.S. GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional support and optimization for Group Reporting in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Partner with Finance and IT to deliver scalable solutions for global acquisitions.
• Support Local and Group close processes with validation rules.

Skills

SAP FICO experience (10+ years)

Group Reporting design and configuration (5+ years)

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Excellent communication skills

Regulated industry experience
