Job summary

NSK Americas is seeking a Senior IT Manager - SAP Global Template & Integration to drive alignment across NSK Americas, NSK Japan, and partners for the SAP S/4HANA global implementation. You will balance regional needs with global standards, manage cross-functional teams, and guide decision-making at the governance level.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong risk management, and Travel domestically and internationally; hybrid work arrangement in Ann Arbor, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• PMP, SAP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global Template Alignment: align Americas with global standards and templates.
• Program Integration: coordinate cross-functional dependencies and stakeholders.
• Decision Support: prepare materials with options, benefits, and risks.
• Governance & Risk Management: support governance model and risk tracking.
• Partner & Stakeholder Management: build relationships with internal and external partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
