Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Funds Management and Grants Management initiatives for government clients. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, guiding design, configuration, and validation across modules.

You will manage teams, drive budgets, and ensure successful delivery through stakeholder collaboration. This role requires deep SAP FI knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP S/4 Implementation experience.
• 5+ years hands-on with SAP Funds Management and Grants Management.
• Strong experience with SAP FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing functional teams.
• Strong understanding of government budgeting, appropriations, funds control, and public sector finance.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of SAP Funds Management and Grants Management for government clients.
• Define funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution processes.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, deliverables, QA and risk management.
• Manage SAP functional consultants and cross-functional teams.
