Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. seeks a Senior SAP Functional Analyst (SGL19) to serve as the primary IT support resource for EAM, warehouse management, and HCM within Summit's SAP landscape. This hybrid role can be based in Arkansas or Oklahoma offices, or remotely in Texas.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, configure SAP modules, and support production and upgrades. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in SAP PM/EAM, WM, and integrations, plus 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA design/implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Seven or more years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM, warehouse and inventory management, and integrations with other applications.
• Five or more years of experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA design, implementation, and operations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori applications, and mobile solutions for EAM and warehouse management.
• SAP HCM and CATS experience is preferred.
• Experience with data migrations and conversions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, system enhancements, and project implementation support for SAP environment.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance functionality, including maintenance plans, quality management, work orders, and procurement integration.
• Configure, implement, and support warehouse management functionality, including barcoding, RF/mobile capabilities, and inventory integration.
• Support and enhance HCM processes and integrations, including HR mini-master, timesheets, and payroll interfaces.
• Partner with operations and warehouse teams on improvements and deployments.
• Collaborate with system integrators and managed services teams on design, test, and deployment.
