Job summary
Summit Utilities, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to lead functional design and support across EAM, warehouse, and HCM in our SAP landscape.
This hybrid role supports processes from configuration to production integration, partnering with SAP team, vendors, and business leaders. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM and 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and HCM integrations, plus strong problem solving and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent.
- 7+ years SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM and inventory management experience.
- 5+ years SAP S/4HANA design, implementation, and operations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and mobile solutions for EAM/WMS.
- HCM and CATS experience preferred.
- Experience with data migrations and conversions a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for SAP environment.
- Configure and support EAM/Plant Maintenance functionality.
- Configure and support warehouse management functionality.
- Support HCM processes and payroll interfaces.
- Collaborate with Operations and Vendors on solutions and improvements.
- Monitor SAP and AI advancements for enhancements.
- Partner with IT and business leaders on design and improvements.
