Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. seeks a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to lead SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, warehouse management, and HCM integrations. This hybrid role can be based in Arkansas or Oklahoma offices or remote in Texas, with collaboration across IT and business teams.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and work with SI partners to deliver robust SAP capabilities. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM, warehouse and inventory management.
Five or more years of experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA design, implementation, and operations.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori applications, and mobile solutions for EAM and warehouse management.
SAP HCM and CATS experience is preferred.
Experience with data migrations and conversions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide production support, enhancements, and project implementation support for SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance.
Configure, implement, and support SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, including maintenance plans, quality management, work orders, notifications, and procurement integration.
Configure, implement, and support warehouse management functionality, including barcoding, radio frequency, and inventory management integration.
Support and enhance HCM processes and integrations, including the HR mini-master, timesheets, and payroll interfaces.
Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams on support and improvements, including technology council meetings and on-site deployments.
Work with system integrators and managed services teams to design, test, and implement robust solutions.
Monitor SAP and AI advancements and recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
