Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced SAP Finance professional to lead our SAP ecosystem and partner with Finance and Technology. The role focuses on ECC6 support, migration to S/4HANA, and seamless integration across a complex landscape of business applications.

You will design data conversions, develop interfaces, troubleshoot, and produce clear technical documentation to ensure reliable integration and performance. This is an individual contributor role with opportunities to mentor peers.

This is a hybrid role Seeking an experienced SAP Finance professional to serve as a key partner between Finance and Technology, providing functional leadership for our SAP ecosystem.

will play a critical part in supporting and optimizing SAP ECC6, driving the migration to SAP S/4HANA, and ensuring seamless integration across a complex landscape of business applications.

You will design data conversions, build and maintain system interfaces, troubleshoot testing challenges, and produce clear technical documentation to ensure reliable integration and performance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute independently while supporting team success through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $115940 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility:

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring

deep SAP FICO expertise, a strong understanding of finance processes, and experience managing system interdependencies across numerous connected applications.

Extensive experience working with SAP, including deep expertise in SAP ECC6.

• Experience supporting ERP client/server enterprise applications in production environments.
• Proficiency developing system integrations, external interfaces, and data conversion solutions.
• Expertise diagnosing test cycle issues and resolving integration or performance defects.
• Experience producing structured technical documentation aligned with development standards.
• Self-directed work style complemented by experience guiding peers on technical approaches and best practices.
