Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a SAP Sr Analyst Finance to support SAP FTM configuration, documentation, testing, and cutover activities under SAP solution leads.

You will work with business users, SAP developers, and project managers to ensure deliverables meet Mohawk/DalTile standards. This is an individual contributor role based in the office four days a week at 7834 CF Hawn Freeway, Dallas, TX 75217.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of SAP experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and other related modules.
• Knowledge of Vistex Rebates and Commissions preferred but not mandatory.
• General understanding of ERP systems and SDLC.
• Experience with SAP configuration, documentation, testing, and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP solution and architecture leads to support SAP FTM initiatives by executing SAP configuration, functional documentation, and assigned project tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document SAP FTM requirements and related business processes.
• Translate approved business requirements into functional design and configuration documentation for SAP FTM.
• Support gap analysis activities for SAP FTM within defined solution and architectural direction.
• Execute unit testing and SIT for SAP FTM solutions; support and coordinate UAT with business users.
• Coordinate with developers, business users, and support teams to align deliverables and resolve functional issues.
• Participate in cutover planning and execution, including test validation, data checks, and operational readiness activities.
• Perform highquality functional analysis reliably and consistently.
• Ensure quality and best practices by adhering to Mohawk/DalTile SAP standards, global solution templates, and documentation guidelines.
• Proactively work with Project Managers and Vendor Project Teams to drive resolution and closure of SAP FTM functional issues.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to identify and support incremental process, system, and functional improvements within SAP FTM.
• Actively build and enhance SAP FTM functional knowledge and capabilities.
• Document outcomes, issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other SAPrelated duties as required.
