Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Dallas seeks a SAP Sr Analyst – Finance to support SAP FTM initiatives through configuration, documentation, testing and cutover activities under guidance from SAP solution leads.

You will partner with business users and developers to translate requirements into functional designs, perform unit and SIT/UAT testing, and ensure alignment with Mohawk/Dal-Tile standards. This is an individual contributor role in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 8–10 years SAP experience.
• Functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and related modules.
• Experience with SAP FTM configuration, documentation, testing and cutover.
• Knowledge of Vistex Rebates and Commissions preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of SDLC and working with business users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP leads to support SAP FTM initiatives via configuration and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document SAP FTM requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional design and configuration docs.
• Execute unit testing, SIT and coordinate UAT with business users.
• Coordinate with developers and support teams to align deliverables.
• Participate in cutover planning and execution with data checks and readiness.
• Adhere to SAP standards and documentation guidelines.
• Proactively drive issue resolution with project teams.
• Build and expand SAP FTM functional knowledge and capabilities.
• Document outcomes, issues, and lessons learned for improvement.
