Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks a SAP Sr Analyst – Finance to join a high‑performing, in‑office team in Dallas. You will support SAP FTM initiatives, performing configuration, documentation, testing, and cutover activities under SAP leads, collaborating with business users, developers, and project teams to deliver solutions that meet Mohawk/Dal‑Tile standards.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of SAP experience, strong SAP FI/CO knowledge, and familiarity with Vistex

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and related modules.
• Knowledge of Vistex Rebates and Commissions preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP solution and architecture leads to support SAP FTM initiatives by executing SAP configuration, functional documentation, and assigned project tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document SAP FTM requirements and related business processes.
• Translate approved business requirements into functional design and configuration documentation for SAP FTM.
• Support gap analysis activities for SAP FTM within defined solution and architectural direction.
• Execute unit testing and SIT/UAT coordination with business users.
• Coordinate with developers and support teams to align deliverables and resolve issues.
• Participate in cutover planning and execution, including data checks and readiness activities.

The role is a high‑performing individual contributor responsible for supporting Finance functions and projects. The role focuses on executing functional configuration, requirements documentation, testing, and cutover activities while operating under the direction of SAP solution and architecture leads. This position works closely with business users, SAP developers, project managers, and support teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with Mohawk/Dal‑Tile SAP standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP solution and architecture leads to support SAP FTM initiatives by executing SAP configuration, functional documentation, and assigned project tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document SAP FTM requirements and related business processes.
• Translate approved business requirements into functional design and configuration documentation for SAP FTM.
• Support gap analysis activities for SAP FTM within defined solution and architectural direction.
• Execute unit testing and system integration testing (SIT) for SAP FTM solutions; support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Coordinate with developers, business users, and support teams to align deliverables, manage dependencies, and resolve functional issues.
• Participate in cutover planning and execution, including test validation, data checks, and operational readiness activities.
• Perform high‑quality functional analysis reliably and consistently.
• Ensure quality and best practices by adhering to Mohawk/Dal‑Tile SAP standards, global solution templates, and documentation guidelines.
• Proactively work with Project Managers and Vendor Project Teams to drive resolution and closure of SAP FTM functional issues.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify and support incremental process, system, and functional improvements within SAP FTM.
• Actively build and enhance SAP FTM functional knowledge and capabilities.
• Document outcomes, issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other SAP‑related duties as required.

Required Experience And Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant SAP experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and other related modules with the aptitude and motivation to deepen expertise.
• Knowledge of Vistex Rebates and Commissions preferred but not mandatory
• General understanding of ERP systems and the system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting SAP functional activities such as configuration, documentation, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover.
• Experience working with business users and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Note: SAP solution design, architecture ownership, and overall solutioning responsibilities are provided by SAP solution leads; this role executes under that guidance.
