Job summary

EY in New York is seeking a SAP FS Manager to lead delivery across Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets. You will guide teams, architect solutions, and ensure end-to-end delivery of SAP-based change programs, aligning with client goals.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, a strong finance domain background, and hands-on implementation experience. A hybrid work setup and travel up to 25-30% are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, including 3+ year of system implementation execution including experience with the full system development lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with leading teams onsite and offshore delivery.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA financial modules and reporting (SAC, BEX, BW4/HANA).
• Hands-on SAP configuration and CDS views.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning / Analysis Office.
• Prior consulting experience or deep SAP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Financial Services projects and deliver work products on time and on budget.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows and design SAP configurations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to integrate SAP with non-SAP systems.
