Job summary

HARMAN is seeking a Finance Program Manager in Novi, MI to lead SAP-enabled M&A and finance transformation initiatives. You will guide end-to-end integrations, carve-outs, and system harmonization across SAP S/4HANA and OneStream, partnering with Finance, IT, PMO, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will govern multi-year programs, manage risks, and coordinate multiple system integrators and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of program management experience leading complex multi-year programs.
• Strong SAP ERP expertise (ECC, S/4HANA, MDG, BW) and FP&A knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration, carve-outs, and system harmonization across SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.
• Govern planning, execution, and governance of finance workstreams to meet timelines and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate multiple system integrators, vendors, and partner organizations for delivery.
• Define scope with Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and integration for audit readiness.
• Support vendor selection and performance management within procurement frameworks.
• Establish governance structures with reporting and executive updates.
