Job summary

At High Companies, a Lancaster, PA headquartered firm, the Sr. Functional Analyst (SAP FICO) drives SAP S/4HANA implementations, process improvements and day-to-day support for financial modules. You’ll collaborate with SBUs and SRUs to modernize processes and automate to increase efficiency.

The role partners with senior leadership to set roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver scalable financial systems across multiple units. Strong SAP FICO experience and project leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO; S/4HANA a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP module integrations and project/manufacturing contexts.
• Experience integrating 3rd party systems for financial processes such as AP, tax, banking, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, configure, test and implement SAP solutions.
• Translate business requirements into SAP processes with stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, integration and automation.
• Adhere to change control and project management methodologies defined by IT.
