Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Mid-Senior SAP FICO Systems Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and support of core SAP FI/CO on SAP S/4HANA. You will partner with Finance to translate requirements into scalable configurations and deliver clear business insights.

Responsibilities include managing month-end close, FP&A reporting with SAC and Power BI, and enabling Product Costing via Material Ledger. This role requires deep ERP experience and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, etc. preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years SAP FICO experience as analyst/consultant.
• Hands-on configuration in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA Finance/Costing.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and corporate tax procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA).
• Oversee FP&A reporting using SAC and Power BI.
• Manage Product Costing with Material Ledger in S4 HANA; analyze costing variances.
• Coordinate FI/CO integration with PP/MM/SD and provide close-support guidance.
