Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Mid-Senior SAP FICO Systems Analyst to lead design, configuration, and support of SAP FI/CO on SAP S/4HANA for Finance. You will partner with Finance to translate requirements into scalable SAP configurations, manage close processes, and support ERP integration across PP/MM/SD.

Strong ABAP familiarity and certification are preferred. You will drive FP&A reporting via SAC and PowerBI, oversee costing with Material Ledger, and contribute to large-scale migrations or M&A

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience
• Configuration experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance/Costing
• Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS and tax procedures
• Ability to translate complex requirements into SAP FICO configurations
• Familiarity with ABAP troubleshooting and user exits
• SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance certification
• Experience supporting large ERP migrations or M&A
• Exposure to BI/Data warehousing tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA)
• Oversee product costing using Material Ledger in S/4HANA
• Develop FP&A reporting with SAC and PowerBI
• Manage FI/CO integration with PP, MM, SD
• Guide month-/quarter-/year-end close processes
• Act as primary liaison to Finance for requirements and specifications
