Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr SAP FICO Product Manager to lead the FI & CO domains in a startup-like environment. You will design solutions, perform blueprint workshops, and drive SAP RTR strategies to scale satellite manufacturing and ground gateway terminals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years analyzing, creating system specs, and developing tests for SAP Finance solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules (Finance, Controlling, Asset management).
• 6+ years delivering end-to-end SAP designs and implementations as main focus.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and requirements.
• Knowledge of GL, Project System, Product Costing, Month-end close.

Responsibilities

• L6 SAP Solution Architect role.
• Build SAP RTR based product vision and solutions.
• Identify best practices to optimize business processes using SAP.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses.
• Identify change management needs and lead training for product changes.
• Participate in strategic SAP RTR roadmap planning and budgeting.
• Manage quarter planning, sprint planning, and deployments for SAP features.
• Define metrics and monitor product adoption and data-driven improvements.
• Prepare functional specs, configure, test and support SAP RICEFW implementations.
• Integrate SAP with cross-workstream processes (MM, PP, EWM, MES).
• Support SAP production systems and business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting & Tax teams and other functions for HL Design.
