Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years IT experience supporting SAP FI/CO with SD/MM integrations.
• 5+ years ABAP programming with SAP configurations and workflows.
• 5+ years developing RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Experience with SAP ECC database areas: GL, Closing, Tax, A/R, A/P, CO, PA, FA, CO-OM, Product Costing, Investment Mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as IT liaison for units or vendors.
• Lead Financials related to SAP deployments globally.
• Develop and execute SAP test plans and configurations.
• Lead design sessions for prototype systems to improve business processes.
• Engage in POCs and select 3rd-party software or vendors.
• Contribute to end-to-end architecture designs and integration specs.
• Develop RICEW solutions aligned with architecture.
• Provide SAP training to users.
• Deliver SAP applications with end-to-end test data.
• Adhere to change and service management policies.
• Track project progress and resolve conflicts.
• Understand customer processes and success metrics.
• Prioritize requests and prepare estimates for initiatives.
• Provide risk analyses for proposed solutions.
