Ethereum Technologies in Atlanta, GA, USA is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive a large-scale global transformation and rollout program. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, strong leadership, and a proven track record in global implementations.

You will lead SAP FICO workstreams, collaborate with finance teams across regions, and coordinate with MM, SD, PP, and FSCM, ensuring timely deliveries and high quality across all project phases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance and controlling requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions in line with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.
• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
