Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced SAP FICO Lead to spearhead a large-scale global transformation. You will lead end-to-end finance and controlling implementations, mentor teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP FI/CO solutions with complex financial needs.

The role requires expertise in SAP FICO, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering global rollout projects, while coordinating with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global SAP FICO deployments and support engagements.
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling across FI/CO modules.
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in large-scale rollout programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance and controlling requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions in line with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.
• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
