Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to lead functional activities across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, driving finance workstreams for the ECC to S/4HANA transformation. The role involves workshops, design, configuration, testing, deployment and production support to optimize financial processes.

You will collaborate with multiple modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, Treasury, Project Systems, CO-PA) and contribute to data migration and validation, ensuring data quality and successful go-live.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP FICO expertise across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience on ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects (mandatory).
• Proven ability to run workshops, design solutions, configure, test, deploy and provide production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO functional activities across ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Drive finance workstreams during ECC to S/4HANA conversion programs.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, process design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
• Assess legacy ECC finance processes and recommend optimized future-state solutions.
• Support finance data migration activities across master data, open items, balances and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, Treasury, Project Systems and CO-PA.
• Develop functional specs, process docs, test scripts and training materials.
• Troubleshoot postings, period-end close issues, interfaces and data quality.
