Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist to support a global SAP S/4HANA ERP conversion. The role focuses on hands-on implementation, ensuring data integrity and consistent processes across Finance, Accounting, and Tax areas.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, strong interface and testing capabilities, and a proven track record in ERP conversion projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience focused on Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Hands-on interface specifications experience and end-to-end testing in Finance and Tax areas.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Global S/4HANA implementation experience; LATAM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing interfaces in the legacy ECC environment to identify simplification opportunities.
• Design future state interfaces focusing on financial reporting, tax, and accounting impacts.
• Review specifications and technical design, identifying gaps in requirements coverage.
• Oversee system integration testing and provide impact analysis on build defects.
• Organize and assist in UAT for interfaces and tax reporting requirements.
• Track progress of bug fixes to ensure timely deployment per project timelines.
