Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist to support a global S/4HANA ERP conversion. The role emphasizes hands-on execution in Finance, Accounting and Tax, ensuring data integrity and process consistency throughout the implementation.

The candidate will analyze interfaces, design future-state interfaces, and oversee testing activities including UAT and FICO-related testing, with LATAM experience considered a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years hands-on SAP implementation experience focusing on Finance, Accounting and Tax.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP conversions.
• Exposure to interface specifications and end-to-end testing in finance and tax.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams with hands-on implementation focus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Global S/4 implementation experience, LATAM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing interfaces in legacy ECC and identify simplification opportunities.
• Design future-state interfaces with emphasis on financial reporting, tax and accounting impacts.
• Review specifications and technical designs and identify gaps in requirements coverage.
• Oversee system integration testing and provide impact analysis on build defects.
• Organize and support User Acceptance Testing for interfaces and tax reporting requirements.
• Track progress of bug fixes to ensure timely deployment per project timelines.
