Job summary

STAFFXPERT LLC in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant with deep hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), including SAP S/4HANA.

The role covers owning finance processes, managing system changes, and leading UAT and testing periods in a hybrid environment with onsite work three days per week and up to five days during testing. Strong FI/CO knowledge and S/4HANA Private Cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and RISE with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of FI modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Closing Cockpit.
• Experience with CO: Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers.
• Knowledge of the ACDOCA Universal Journal.
• Experience leading UAT, change control, and production releases.
• Hybrid work: onsite three days per week, up to five days during testing periods.

Responsibilities

• Own and support SAP Finance and Controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Closing).
• Manage and support SAP changes with review, testing, and approvals before production.
• Support month-end and year-end closings.
• Lead UAT, change control, and implementation activities.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP FICO functionality.
• Support Controlling processes (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers).
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
