You will design, configure, and customize SAP FICO with focus on manufacturing and financial processes, collaborating with business, IT, and partners to deliver transparent financial and operational insights. The role requires 5+ years SAP FICO experience, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and cross-functional project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Minimum of 5 years implementing and configuring SAP FICO with emphasis on financial accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and management accounting concepts.
• Strong SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, CO.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for financial and management accounting.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset, Bank, Cost Center, Profit Center).
• Customize SAP FICO using user exits, ABAP, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance, auditors, and IT to ensure data flow and integration across modules.
• Perform testing (unit/integration/UAT) to validate configurations.
• Develop and execute end-user training on SAP FICO processes.
