Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. The role requires deep SAP EWM functional expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs, with travel as needed.

You will manage governance, architecture decisions, cross-functional teams, and mentor junior consultants in a global delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• 4+ years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• 4+ years delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods Industry.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budget and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design including warehouse structure, putaway and picking, labor management, yard management and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors).
• Lead SIT, UAT and cutover planning; develop configuration and test docs.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability; travel may be required (0-100%).
