Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. You will own governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management while guiding architecture decisions and client relationships.

You will oversee multiple workstreams, mentor junior staff, and drive SAP EWM solution design, integration with MM/SD/TM/PP, and non-SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 4 years delivering EWM programs in the Pharmaceuticals/Life sciences Industry.
• Prior experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
