Job summary

Kaygen, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Lead Consultant to lead warehouse process design for a complex transformation. The role demands 10+ years of SAP EWM project work and delivery across multiple S/4HANA programs.

You will drive workshops, assessments, and design decisions, champion standard SAP functionality, and ensure integration with MM/SD/PP/QM and other modules. Join a growth-focused team delivering critical transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP EWM project experience across implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and production-support environments.
• Hands-on delivery experience in at least two SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Deep functional expertise in embedded or decentralized EWM, warehouse organization, inbound/outbound, and related processes.
• Proven ability to lead fit-to-standard and design workshops and to drive timely business decisions.
• Strong integration knowledge across EWM, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM/EAM, TM, FI/CO, and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead EWM transformation and design leadership across current-state assessment, requirements discovery, and future-state design.
• Plan and facilitate business design workshops covering process, master data, integration, controls, and readiness.
• Frame design decisions with clear business impacts, risks, and recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt SAP standard functionality and best practices.
• Maintain EWM solution integrity and alignment with program architecture and governance.
