Job summary

SMS Group is seeking a senior SAP EWM consultant to lead warehouse transformation for a U.S.-based manufacturing and distribution client. You will own warehouse-process design, configuration, integration, and go-live with S/4HANA EWM, collaborating with business and IT leaders.

Responsibilities include leading fit-to-standard workshops, designing and configuring EWM, coordinating testing, cutover, and risk assessment, and guiding teams through complex go-lives while ensuring operational

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP warehouse/logistics experience.
• Recent S/4HANA EWM experience with meaningful ownership.
• At least one complex EWM go-live.
• Strong understanding of embedded and/or decentralized EWM.
• Ability to work directly with warehouse operations and SAP program leadership.

About the Opportunity

Lead warehouse transformation and S/4HANA EWM delivery for manufacturing and distribution environments. We are looking for consultants who can own warehouse-process design, configuration, integration, and go-live, not candidates limited to support-ticket execution. We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks.

What You Will Do

• Lead EWM fit-to-standard and warehouse-process design workshops.
