Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to drive large-scale warehouse transformation programs across industries in the United States. The role covers end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, governance, architecture decisions, and multi-workstream leadership.

You will mentor junior consultants, manage client relationships, and oversee integrations with SAP modules and non-SAP systems. Travel may be up to 100% based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience delivering or helping to deliver EWM programs in the Energy Industry.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, put away and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non‑SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
