Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a SAP/ERP Program Manager to drive related projects, align initiatives, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of business and technology outcomes. The role provides coordinated execution across projects to deliver value on time within defined parameters.

The candidate will oversee scope, timelines, cross-team dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and financial management across program levels, including vendor coordination and escalation support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
8+ years of experience in project or program management.
Experience delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience managing interdependencies across teams.

Responsibilities

Support program strategy and define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee planning, resource coordination, timelines, and cross team dependencies.
Track progress, elevate risks, and adjust plans to maintain program alignment.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent communication.
Monitor program level risks, issues, and change impacts.
Coordinate with vendor partners and track contract deliverables.
Create cost plans and forecasts using estimates and resource inputs from cross functional teams.
Monitor actuals and report variances, outlining mitigation steps to stay within approved thresholds.
Track and report program financials, highlighting risks such as invoicing issues or other concerns.
May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
