Job summary

X Energy, LLC in Oak Ridge, TN seeks an ERP Lead to design, configure, analyze, and support SAP across equipment, production, and plant maintenance. You will translate business needs into SAP configurations and lead the configuration workstream with a focus on NRC/DOE/ITAR/NQA-1 compliance.

You will gather requirements from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality, validate against SAP capabilities, and drive testing, training, and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years configuring and supporting SAP in manufacturing settings.
• Experience leading SAP configuration for a functional workstream or module.
• Hands-on SAP PP and PM configuration including equipment master data.
• Experience documenting requirements and translating to SAP designs.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Production Planning and Plant Maintenance to support equipment, production, and maintenance processes.
• Design and maintain equipment master data structures, functional locations, work centers, BOMs and routings.
• Document configuration decisions, specs, and process flows.
• Lead requirements gathering, translate to SAP designs, and review with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute unit/integration/test scripts; train end users and support cutover.
